低温干燥型银浆的研制

Study of Low Temperature Dry Type Silver Paste

论述了银粉与树脂配比,溶剂添加量,烘烤温度,烘烤时间对浆料的体电阻率,抗剪强度的影响。制备出体电阻率为10^(-4)～10^(-5)(?)·cm,抗剪强度为1.5MPa的亮银白色的浆料。

The effects of ratio of silver powder to the resin, the capacity of the salvent, dry temperature and time of the paste on bulk resistance ratio and shearing stress of paste were discussed. The bright silver-white paste with bulk resistance ratio of 10^(-4)～10^(-5)Ω·cm and a shearing stress of 1.9 MPa were obtained. The preperties of the paste come up to the world levels of anologous silver paste.
