新型钛合金在高温浓硝酸中的耐蚀性 被引量:5

摘要 研究了钽含量、溶液更新、酸度及溶液中Ru^(3+)离子对新型钛合金母材和焊缝在高温浓硝酸溶液中耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,新合金的耐蚀性随Ta含量和溶液中Ru^(3+)离子浓度的增加而提高,腐蚀速度不受溶液更新控制,酸度影响较大,在浓度达40%左右时,腐蚀率出现峰值,但焊缝仍未产生优先腐蚀现象.而且还有所改善。电化学测试进一步证实了上述结果。 The effects of Ta content, solution renew, acidity and Ru^(3+) ion on the corrosion resistance of matrix material and welding seam in high temperature and concentrated HNO_3 have been studied for the new titanium alloy. The results indicated that the corrosion resistance of the new alloy increased with the increasing of Ta and Ru^(3+) ion contents in solution. The corrosion rate was influenced evidently by soluble acidity. The corrosion rate had a peak value when the concentration reached about 40%. The weld has been some what improved and no selective corrosion found. The above results have been confirmed further by the electrochemical means.
