喷丸清除热锻钛残料氧化层试验

Experiment on the Removing of Hot Forged Scale of Titanium Scrap

探讨用喷丸处理清除热锻残钛料表面氧化层的作用。在不同时间间隔测量试料失重,辅以用真空自耗电弧炉熔化铸锭法测量化学成分变化情况,从而确定了喷丸清理氧化层的工艺条件。试验证明,喷丸处理可以达到满意结果。

Experiment shows that the hot forged scale of titanium scrap can be satisfactorily removed by shot blasting. By weightlessness measurement for the at regular intervals tested material after shotblasting and chemical analysis for the ingots melted through VAR,the technology of scale removing of titanium scrap through shot blasting is set up.
