摘要
通过燃烧波前沿淬火法,获得了Al-TiO_2SHS体系产物和反应物分界面—燃烧波,并用扫描电镜(SEM)和电子探针能谱仪(EDS)对其结构作了分析。结果发现,在Al-TiO_2自蔓延高温合成过程中,燃烧波内形成一种独特的类似于网状的显微结构。网眼内为Al-TiO_2未反应区,边缘为已反应的Ti-Al_2O_3区,随着合成过程的进行,网眼逐渐缩小。
By the Combustion wave quenching process, the combustion wave, tne boundary between reactants and products has been given for the Al-TiO_2 SHS system. A more detailed description of the mechanism and dynamics of the Structural formation was investigated with the help of Scanning microscopy and electron microprobe. It was found that a special intermesh structure was formed in the Combustion wave. The phase Compositions in the centers and the edges of the meshes were composited of Al, TiO_2 and Ti, Al_2O_3 respectively, with the synthesis proceeding, the meshes was minified.
