Expanding the International Export of Labor Services and Promoting the Labor Force to Get Jobs Abroad

当前,我国劳务输出在相关法律、管理、市场格局、输出形式、劳务输出企业和劳务人员的素质等方面存在不少亟待解决的问题。为此,必须进一步健全法律法规,严格管理,合理市场布局,开辟多种劳务输出渠道,努力提高劳务输出企业自身素质和劳务人员素质。

There are still a few problems that must be solved on Chinese export of labor services such as law, management, market patterns, export forms, the quality of labor exporting company and the quality of the labor force and so on. Therefore, it is desirable to perfect legal system, tighten up the management, rationalize market patterns, establish various channels of the labor export, and strongly improve the quality of labor exporting company and the quality of the labor force.
