Some Problems About Academic Papers' Using Online Literature as Reference

随机抽取78种纸质期刊进行调查统计分析,发现:EB/OL类型网络文献参考最多,还有相当部分文献无类型标识;大部分参考网络文献著录很不规范,超过一半的参考网络文献找不到;参考网络文献的使用目前集中在中图分类号为G和T类的学术论文中。总的来说,使用参考网络文献的问题很多。为此,笔者提出,参考网络文献要注意其科学性和正确性;要参考有批准文号的正规网站和政府网站;要规范著录参考网络文献各著录项目;建议增加政府出版物的文献类型标识。

A statistical analysis was conducted on the 78 kinds of paper academic periodicals casually sampled. The following was the results. EB/OL type of online literature was most often consulted as reference, but some literature was not type-marked; the record of literature was improper; over half of the literature could not be found online. In short, many problems have arisen concerning the use of online literature as reference. To these problems, this paper suggests: use online literature scientifically and properly, consult legal and governmental websites with approval number, properly record online literature for index research, and add type mark of literature of governmental publications.
