摘要
在圆管与圆管的爆炸复合研究中,需要对管的动态参数做定量的估计。本文从工程应用角度出发,将管看成由一系列微圆环组成,给出微圆环在爆炸作用下的运动规律,用准一维流模型给出管中爆轰产物流动方程,并考虑管材强度及管间空气阻力影响,建立了内装药管动态参数理论计算方法。用这种方法对几种材料进行了计算,其结果与实测结果符合良好,本文建立的方法对工程上的实际应用有参考价值。
For the research of explosive welding between tubes, it is necessary to evaluate quantitatively the parameters of the moving tube. For engineering, we consider the tube as consisting of a series of elemental rings, and give the law of the elements moving under the condition of detonation. We describe the equation of detonation product with the model of quasi-one-dimensional flow by considering the strength of tube and the air resistance, and establish the method of calculating the parameters of moving tube. Three sorts of materials are used in calculation. The results are compared well with the expermental data.
