摘要
根据压力角约束条件 ,探讨了偏置直动推杆盘形凸轮机构在推程、回程运动角之和 φ+φ′ =m(定值 )时满足最优分配optimum{ ,′ }的最小基圆半径rmin的求解方法 ,同时还讨论了在压力角约束条件下求解摆动从动件盘形凸轮机构最小基圆半径的一种方法 。
According to the pressure-angle constraint,when the sum of the work travel angle and return travel angle +′=constant for the disc cam mechanism with translating follower,the method of solving the optimum match of work travel angle and return travel angle{,′} which makes the base circle radius minimal has been discussed, at the same time,a method of solving the minimal base circle radius of the disc cam mechanism with oscillating follower has been presented. Correctness of the methods are verified by living examples.
