铈对铝锂合金裂纹闭合效应及本征疲劳裂纹扩展抗力的影响

摘要 本文研究了2090,8090铝锂合金,2090Ce,8090Ce稀土铝锂合金的疲劳裂纹扩展行为,研究表明,铝锂合金及稀土铝锂合金较常规铝合金具有更优越的疲劳长裂纹扩展抗力,归因于其所具有的较高的裂纹闭合效应。铈的加入,2090Ce合金的裂纹闭合效应和本征疲劳裂纹扩展抗力得到进一步提高,8090Ce合金的裂纹闭合效应变化不显著,但本征裂纹扩展抗力降低。 Fatigue crack growth behaviors for the alloys 2090、8090 and 2090Ce、8090Ce have been studied in thos paper. The results show that, on the same strength level、the fatigue long crack growth resestance for Al-Li alloys of the Al-Li alloys by addition of trace Ce is superior to that of general Al alloys, due to their high level of crack closure. The intrinsic growth resistance and crack closure for Al-Li alloy 2090 by the addition of trace Ce. On the contrary, it little effect on crack closure for Al-Li alloy 8090 but its intrinsic growth resistance decreased.
