摘要 介绍了统计计算多晶金属弹性模量的理论和方法。从晶体的弹性刚度矩阵值出发,根据X射线反极图的结果,可以统计计算出试样指定方向的弹性模量,从而给出它的取向分布。对钛、锆、铜、铝等几种试板作了计算,并与实测值进行了比较。计算值与测定值的差在6%以下。这种方法可用于分析织构对各向异性的影响,以及对难以检测的试样和方向作弹性模量估算。 The statistically computative theory and method of elastic modulus for polycrystalline metals have been described in this paper. According to the results of X-ray anti-polar-diagram, the elastic modulus of disired direction of sample can be computed from stiffness tensor of the crystal, then the distribution by direction can be abtained. The elastic moduluses of Ti、Zr、Cu and Al plates are computed and compared with the measured value. The difference between the computed and measured values is less than 6%. The computative method can be used to explain the influence of texture on anisotropy and to evaluate the elastic modulus of the samples and directions measured difficultly.
