体育锻炼既是身体活动,又是心理活动和社会活动。它不仅有助于智力的发展和形成良好的心理品质,而且有助于人际关系的改善,自信心的增强。同时,它还是治疗和辅助治疗心理疾病的有效手段之一。
Athletic sports are healthful activities as well as psychological activities and social activities.lt is not only favorable to the health,but also helpful to positive action and people's mental health and social communication.
