老年人胃癌462例的内镜及临床分析

To study the endoscopy and clinic characteristcs of 462 old patients with gastric carcinoma

目的 :总结老年人胃癌的内镜及临床特点。方法 :统计我院 15年来 ,内镜检出、病理证实的老年人胃癌 4 6 2例 ,从性别、年龄段、临床表现、内镜表现及组织等分类方面 ,进行归纳分析。结果 :检出率 7 2 9% ,男女之比 6 83:1,检出率与年龄呈负相关 ,临床表现缺乏特异性 ,内镜下以BorrmonⅡ型多见 (39 18% ) ;发病部位以贲门胃底为多发 (40 2 6 % ) ;病理以腺癌居多 (90 4 8% ) ,且其恶性程度较高。结论

objective:To analyze the endoslopy and clinic characteristics of old patients with gastric carcinoma.Methods: A tetrospective investigation,which included sex,age,clinic and endoslopy with biopsy characteristics,was made in 462 old patients.Results:positive rate was 7 29%.male of them in 403,and female is 59(male vs female 6 83:1).There is a negative correlatation between positive rate and the sex of patients.The patients had no particular clinical characteristics.We found Brrman's Ⅱ type is more than other types(39 18%).carcinoma in cardiac and fundus of stomach was more than other position(40 26%).carcinoma of grands was the most than others(90 48%).conclusions:The old patients with gastric carcinoma had its own characteristics in sex,age and endoscopy with biopsy
