摘要
目的 :探讨淋巴细胞微核 4项检测指标与DNA含量对骨髓增生异常综合征 (MDS)早期诊断 ,特别是癌前、MDS转白前瞻性的诊断有重要价值和意义。方法 :利用改良淋巴细胞微核 4项检测指标 ;DNA异常倍体周期分析 2项指标 ,对 80 2例不同种病人、正常人 2 80例综合观察研究。结果 :淋巴细胞微核 4项检测指标 ,MDS较ALL、恶性肿瘤明显减低 ,但较良性疾病及正常人明显增高 ,相互间有明显差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;AL与恶性肿瘤二组之间 ;良性疾病二组之间无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。DNA异倍体及周期分析 ,MDS、AL、恶性肿瘤明显高于良性疾病与正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;各组DNA异倍体率 ,分别较微核阳性率明显减低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :淋巴细胞微核 4项检测指标及异常倍体可做癌前、MDS转白前瞻性的诊断 ,为白血病、恶性肿瘤发生的危险性及大样本流行病学调查 ,提供重要方法和理论依据。并对MDS、AL、恶性肿瘤疗效。
Objective: To study four labels of lymphocyte mini-neuclus and DNA's significance in the early diagnosis of myelodysplastic syndromes . Methods : We used micronucleus assay and DNA content assay to detect four labels of lymphocyte mini-nucleus and aneuploidy of 802 patients and 280 normal Results:Four lables of mini-nueclus of MDS decreased evidently than those ALL and malignant tumor(P<0 01) and increased evidently than that benign diseases and normal(P<0 01). There is no significant difference between AL and malignant tumor, benign diseases and normal(P>0 05).Anueploidy rates of MDS, AL and malignant tumor are higher than normal and benign diseases(P<0 01). Aneuploidy rates of groups are respectively lower than mini-neuclus positivity rates. Conclusion :4 labels of lymphocyte mini-neuclus and aneuploidy can act as signals of transfer of MDS into leukemia. They provide an important measure and theoretical accordance for the epidemic diseases' investigation. And they play important roles in the observation of MDS, AL and malignant tumor's response to treatment and their prognosis.
