摘要
目的 :研究车前子甙的祛痰、镇咳作用。方法 :采用毛细玻管法和浓氨水喷雾法 ,确定车前子甙的作用。结果 :车前子甙高低剂量组与空白对照组比较祛痰、镇咳作用均有显著性差异。结论 :车前子甙为车前子中镇咳、祛痰的有效成分。
Objective:To study the effect of plantagosides on depressing cough and reducing inspissated mucus. Methods:By capillary and concentrated ammonia spraying. Results:The plantagoside possessed marked effects of depressing cough and reducing inspissated mucus. Conclusions:Plantagoside is an effective constituent of Semen Plantaginis to depress cough and reduce inspissated mucus.
