摘要
针对国内钨冶炼厂用苛性钠浸出含钨原料时,添加氧化铝抑制杂质有不同效果的情况,研究不同温度下煅烧氢氧化铝所得到的产物作添加剂的效果。采用X光衍射、电子显微镜、热重分析、粒度分析等手段考察了不同氧化铝的结构与性质,并从这一角度讨论了氧化铝对砷与硅的抑制作用。
Additive aluminium oxide can inhibit impurities during alkaline leaching of tungsten-bearing raw materials. The inhibiting effects of products obtained during calcining aluminium hydroxide at different temperature as additives are studied. Structure and characters of different aluminium oxide are inverstigated by X-ray diffraction, electron microscope, thermal gravity analysis, size analysis. The Suppression of arsenic and silicon with aluminium oxide is discussed.
