炼油厂大型原油常减压蒸馏装置的建模与仿真 被引量:1

摘要 以沿海某新建炼油厂的原油常减压蒸馏装置为对象,研制开发了仿集散型原油常减压蒸馏装置仿真培训系统。用假多元系方法建立了通用模型塔的动态数学模型,每两条侧线之间的数层塔板或一段填料用一个分离级来处理,由此所引起的误差用级效率来校正。该系统已成功地用于该厂开工前的培训工作。 A DCS training simulator for crude atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of a newly designed refinery has been developed, and has been successfully applied to the training of operators before and after the startup of the refinery. The dynamic mathematical model of a model column stage is established by using psude-components method. Each column section between sidestreams is treated as one stage in this paper, and deviations caused are corrected by stage efficiency.
