摘要
针对企业内人才才能没有得到最佳发挥的实际情况,从营造以人为本的企业文化,使人才与企业形成统一的价值取向;人才贵在"开发",不断"激活"人才才能;重用"70分"人才,有效配置人才资源;建立健全有效的激励机制等四个方面进行了论述。
According to the situation that talent capabilities have not been best developed in enterprises and this article gives four suggestions on this. We should construct human resource based on business culture to form unified value between talent and enterprise. We should constantly stimulate talent capability because talent relies on developing. We should attach greater importance to '70 percent'talent and arrange talent capital effectively. We should build and make necessary amendments to the stimulation mechanism.
