摘要
目的 建立HPLC法测定注射用还原型谷胱甘肽含量。方法 采用HPLC法 ,色谱柱为DiscoverC18(2 5 0mm×4 6mm ,5 μm) ,流动相为磷酸盐溶液 -甲醇 (96∶4 ) ,流速为 1ml·min-1,检测波长为 2 10nm。结果 还原型谷胱甘肽在 1 2~7 2 μg范围内峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系。 结论 该法简便、准确 。
Objective To determine reduced glutathione for injection by HPLC.Methods Discover?C 18column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),with salt phosphate solution-methanol(96∶4)as mobile phase,flow rate was 1ml·min-1,and detection wavelength was 210nm.Results Reduced glutathione was separated well.It had good linearity in the range of 1.2~7.2μg.Conclusion This method was convenient and accurate.It can be used as the determination method of this drug.
