西部大开发中云南高职教育发展的思考

Thought on the Development of Higher Vocational Education of Yunnan in the Exploitation of the Western Region

该文对云南高职教育在西部大开发中所处的地位及其承担的特殊使命以及如何主动面对西部大开发等问题进行分析,针对云南高职教育特点,提出了高职教育发展战略:解放思想,转变观念,转变办学理念,充分发挥云南高职教育资源的作用,充分利用云南地域特色,培养能够适应西部发展的各类应用人才。

This paper analyses the status and the special mission of the higher vocational education of Yunnan, and the questions such as how to adopt an active attitude towards the development of the west region. According to the characteristics of Yunnan higher vocational education, the paper puts forward its developmental strategies: to liberate the mind, to change the idea, to give full play to its resources, to make the most use of regional features and to train various talented persons for the western region.
