金融竞争日益激烈 ,各商业银行为了占有有利的市场地位 ,纷纷求助于工商界的市场营销理论。关系营销是对传统市场营销模式的再认识 ,把营销重点由“交易”转到“客户价值” ,尤其适用于服务性质的银行业市场竞争力的提升。为此 ,本文探讨了最新的市场营销观念和方法—关系营销 。
The financial competition is serious day by day. Commercial banks seek help from the marketing theory of the business industry one after another in order to occupy the favorable market position. Relation marketing knowing again about traditional marketing mode, turns 'trade' into 'customer's value' relating to the focus of marketing, especially for the promotion of the service competition of banking market. For this reason, this aiticle has probed into the latest marketing idea and the method-relation marketing in order that there is certain reference function on the management of commercial bank.
