偏最小二乘法同时无损测定聚氯乙烯塑料中的多种增塑剂 被引量:5

摘要 为了在线监控聚氯乙烯塑料中增塑剂的含量,采用傅立叶变换红外光谱ATR技术进行光谱测定,利用偏最小二乘法对所测的谱图进行分析,建立了聚氯乙烯塑料多种增塑剂的无损定量测定方法,同时测定了聚氯乙烯塑料中多种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂和多种己二酸酯类增塑剂。该方法精密度好,试验结果表明其RSD均小于7%,该方法的准确度试验结果表明,测定结果与配方值的偏差均小于1%;且不受基体干扰,结果可靠,简单快速,适合于流水线的质量控制。 A non-destructive method is used to simultaneously determine the content of various kinds of phthalate plasticizers and adipate plasticizers in poly(vinyl chloride) plastics, applying Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy-ATR technique to obtain IR spectra and partial least square method to analyze the spectra. The RSD of precision is less than 7% for all those plasticizers tested while the deviation between the contents detected and the recipe is less than 1%; This method is rapid and accurate , free of the interference of the substrate and suitable for the on-line quality control of continuous line production.
