Exploration and Design of Micro-Computer Geographical Names Information System

本文从地名研究与管理的现状出发,提出了符合我国国情的微机地名信息系统开发模式,讨论了系统设计与实施的基本环节,对地名信息源分析、系统空间数据结构及软硬件的配置要求等作了详细论述。

In this paper, the developing model of micro-computer geogr—aphical names information system (MC—GNIS) is suggested to fit the conditions in our country, based on the present conditions of geographical names research and management. The, design of this System and the stages of its excution are discussed, and some basic problems refered to this system such as the analysis of in formation resources, the spatial structure of system data and the disposition of hardware and software are stated in detail.
