应该把资本主义制度纳入借鉴的范畴——关于中国特色社会主义制度文明建设的若干思考

The Reference of Capitalist System ——Thoughts on the Establishment of the Civilization in the Socialist System with Chinese Characteristics

制度是价值取向和行为规则的结合体,在资本主义乃至其他社会形态的制度体系中,都存在“借有”、“自有”和“共有”等 3 种类型的制度。资本主义创造的制度文明是人类文明进步的一个重要台阶,并非都是糟粕。社会主义制度文明建设尤其需要借鉴资本主义制度的积极成果。对资本主义制度的借鉴应该是借用而非移植,不应丢掉本色和优势。

System is a combination of value orientation and bahvioural principles. There exist three types of system, bearing the characteristics of being loaned, possessed and shared. The system civilization created by capitalism is a milestone in the development of human civilization. It is not dross. In the building of socialist system civilization, it is essential to refer to the positive side of the achievement, which requires a reference but not transference of the capitalist system, as well as the maintenance of characteristics and advantages of socialist system.
