摘要
中美相比,美国中小学校长任职资格制度起步早,较完备;任职标准较具体,可操作性强。我国中小学校长任职资格制度在政策法规、执行程序以及具体操作等层面上尚存在一定的不合理性;在任职标准上存在笼统、不具体,操作性不强等问题。因此,借鉴美国校长任职资格制度的先进经验是完善我国校长任职资格制度与标准的重要途径。
The article compares the credentials system and standard of primary and middle school principals between America and China. Relatively, the credentials system of America is set up earlier and is more mature; the standard is clearer and more operable. As for the credentials system of China there still exist some drawbacks in policy and law, process of performance and operation. Besides, the standard is obscure and impracticable. So it is important to compare the credentials system and standard between America and China to perfect the credentials system and standard of our country.
