摘要 以番石榴、酸石榴、甜石榴和西红柿四种果实引诱雌虫产卵结果可知,桔小实蝇最喜欢在番石榴上产卵(132. 3±7. 31 /♀),次之是酸石榴(58. 0±6. 24 /♀ )和甜石榴 ( 42. 3±3. 84 /♀ ),而西红柿最差 ( 4. 3±1. 20 /♀)。雌虫产卵易受果实伤口引诱,雌虫喜欢在机械损伤造成的伤口上产卵。雌虫喜欢选择在成熟果实上产卵,果实越成熟产卵的数量越多。 Four species of hostfruit, guava, acid megranate, sweet megranate and tomato were used in this study for testing the oviposition preference of Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel .It was showed that female flies strongly preferred guava, acid megranate and sweet megranate, on which 132.3±7.31 eggs , 58.0±6.24 eggs and 42.3±3.84 eggs were deposited per female within 5 days , respectively, while only 4.3±1.20 eggs were collected on tomato. In order to oviposit, females were aways attracted by the wounds of fruits caused by mechanical injury. In this study, the degree of ripeness of acid megranate and sweet megranate were determined, it is showed the more megranate ripened the heavier megranate damaged.
