福建省柳杉根际线虫种类调查和鉴定

Investigation and Identification of Nematodes in the Rhizosphere of Aryptomeria fortunei in Fujian

从2002～2004年,在福建省柳杉主要产区采集线虫样本,共鉴定线虫12属12种,为国内在柳杉上属首次报道. 其中Tylenchorhynchus nudus, Tylenchorhynchus martini,Helicotylenchus dihystera,Paratylenchus minuts,Rotylenchulus reniformis线虫种类是重要的病原线虫.

From 2002~2004 ,the samples of Aryptomeria fortunei roots and rhizosphere soil from main production areas in Fujian Province were collected and isolated.12 species in 12 genera were identified.These were firstly reported in Aryptomeria fortunei in China. Tylenchorhynchus nudus,Tylenchorhynchus martini,Helicotylenchus dihystera ,Paratylenchus minuts ,Rotylenchulus reniformis and so on , are the important species which give rise to disease.
