摘要
大中型水泥企业是我国水泥工业的中坚力量,这些骨干企业技术进步效益如何,关系到整个水泥工业的发展,也是人们所关注的问题。过去对此只有一个模糊的定论,总的认为大中型水泥企业的管理技术落后,生产效率低,但究竟低到什么程度就缺少一个量的概念。本文针对58家大中型水泥企业(占到90%的大中型企业),构造了辅助参考系统,建立了定量分析的模型,对各企业的投入产出要素进行分析,提出了定量分析的结论,供有关部门参考。
A model system of efficiency analysis of input-output key factors for 58 large-scale cement plants is given in this paper, which comprises 70 equations and 64 variables. Compution is complicated in over IBM-PC with memory 640KB. We propose new ideas about formulation of models and methods of relative effieienccy analysis of input-output factors. By which, we gain a lot of data of relative efficiency of factors of 58 cenent plants such as capital investment, use of labor, comprehensive energy waste, utilization of capacity of key machines, power capacity, gross profit and output value, ect. Otherwise, some resulis of analysis and decision are clearly approched in this paper.
