The Investigation of the Essential Countermeasure to Preserve the Stable Development in ZhejiangHigh-Yield Grain Area by Applying AHP Theory

浙江是我国人均耕地最少,土地负担最重的省份,要做到粮食基本自给,科学地做出决策十分重要。为尽量排除决策中的个人主观与们见,本文采用了层次分析(AHP)法”’进行研究。

The stable development of grain is the foundation of the social stability and national economy. This paper is based on the essential countermeasures to preserve the stable development in Zhejiang high-yield grain area by combining AHP (The Analytic Hierarchy Process) and Fuzzy Rally sets Analytic Process theory.We widely gathered views of nearly two hundreds experts, scholars, leaders and labourers worked in the departments of lead, management, scientific research, scientific popularization and production in these regions. By analysing and vertification, we put forward the fundamental games and measures to preserve the grain production's stable development.All is to supply the scientific basis and reference for the departments which are concerned in making strategic decisions.
