摘要
徐州齿轮厂是典型的配套性中小型机械加工企业,专业生产出口螺伞、变速和传动设备及塑料机械,常年生产各类产品约有20多个品种,约5220台套。生产特点是多品种、小批量。工厂的生产组织以产品种类为主划分车间。主要车间内以设备和工艺为对象组织了车、铣、刨、磨、钳、装配等工作小组。由于按定货合同组织生产,各个生产周期的物流变化较大。而且,主要产品从投入到产出一般需要2至3个月。所以,靠人工对各个工位点的负荷情况很难加以控制。
According to the specific production conditions of medium and samll machining enterprises adopted this mode of production of multi-assortment and small lot production, using netwoek plan technology on the basis of design principles of applying software, the writer of this paper has designed and developed a management system of network production plan with an IBM PC / AT micro electronic computer. In addition, this paper discusses how to handle the data model of this system.
According to some precedence criteria, the production operation plans of every working machine can be designed and shown by transverse drawing. The system does not limit the number of steps in the machining procedure for any spare parts, and different technological lines and lots are allowed for different spare parts. Under the condition of limited humanpower and equipment, the overall production period for the project can be minimized. Owing to the use the network analysis technology, the system can well adapt itself to the dynamic environment of production system and has greatly been raised for the treatment capacity of an electronic computer.
