摘要
武器装备全寿命费用(life cycle costs, LCC)使用控制的不合理、不科学,已成为制约我军武器装备发展的一个重要问题.为此,必须加强武器装备全寿命费用宏观控制研究;建立了基于系统动力学(system dynamics, SD)的武器装备全寿命费用控制分析模型,并对武器装备全寿命费用控制问题进行了仿真实验分析;得到了对武器装备建设与发展有价值的实验结论.
Currently the use and control of LCC(life cycle costs) of equipment is unreasonable or unscientific, which becomes a big issue of the development of our weapon and equipment. Therefore, we must place emphases on the macroscopically control analysis of life cycle costs of equipment. The paper sets up a system dynamics’(SD) model on macroscopically control analysis of life cycle costs of equipment. By the simulation experiment of macroscopically control analysis of life cycle costs of (equipments), some valuable experiment conclusion of construct and development of equipment are obtained.
