摘要
运用分析和总结的方法,归纳高技术局部战争航天侦察的特点和局限性;对我军发展、运用和应对航天侦察提出了对策和建议,即发展航天装备、采取措施防敌航天侦察、提高航天侦察战术保障能力、培养航天侦察指挥人才及发展军事航天理论.
Utilizing the method of analysis and summarizing, the paper induces the characteristics and deficiencies of space reconnaissance in high-tech local wars. In order to develop our army, countermeasures and suggestions about utilizing and repling the space reconnaissance are put forward, that is, developing space armament, taking measures to counterwork space reconnaissance, enhancing our tactical support capability of space reconnaissance, cultivating persons with command abilities of space reconnaissance and developing military space theory.
