摘要
以甲苯为溶剂,过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,通过自由基聚合,采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和苯乙烯(SI)接技改性氯化聚丙烯(CPP)。研究了不同苯乙烯用量,不同反应温度,不同反应时间,不同引发剂用量对改性氯化聚丙烯胶粘剂的粘接性能的影响,得出较佳的工艺条件为反应温度90℃,反应时间2h,原料质量配比m(CPP):m(MMA):m(St):m(BPO)为50:0.5:0.6:0.15。
The graft copolymer of CPP/MMA/St (chlorinated polypropylene-methylmethacrylate- styrene) was prepared by free radical processs in presence of toluence as solvent and benezoperoxide(BPO)as initiator. Effect of different mass of styrene, different reaction temperature, different reaction time, different initiator amount on adhesion property were studied; the optimization processs condition is reaction temperature T=90℃, reaction time t=2h, and mass ratio is m(CPP):m(MMA):m(St):m(BPO)=50:0.5:0.6:0.15.
