摘要
南湾水库位于河南省信阳市西南8.5公里的狮河上,于1955年建成,控制流域面积1100平方公里,是一座以防洪、灌溉为主,结合发电、城市供水等综合利用多年调节的大型水利工程,总库容16.3亿立方米。1958年兴建水电站,装机四台,总容量5440千瓦。1959年～1966年兴建灌区,设计灌溉面积112.4万亩。水库下游防洪保护京广铁路、信阳市和三十万亩农田的安全。南湾水库每年都担负着防洪除害和兴利供水的双重任务,控制运用调度的好坏,对国民经济及信阳地区工农业生产和发展都将产生重要的影响。
The changeable conditions of the drainage-basin of Nanwan Reservoir including it' s past, present and future, are regarded as ' state' in this essay. A exchangeable-percentage watrix by which the conditions of the water resources in the future are forecasted is set up, according to Markovian theory of forecasting modle.
