摘要
根据红曲霉菌的性质 ,用双抗淀粉培养基从红曲米中分离纯化得到一株红曲霉菌株 (MonascusFM 1) ,用该菌种生产的红曲米色泽为紫红色 ,总色价为 14 30U/ g。
A strain of Monascus was separated from the red Koji with soluble starch medium containing penicillin and streptomycin depending on the trait of Monascusgrowth.The color of the red koji made with the strain is red to purple and its color value is 1430u/g.
