The paper introduces that heater of North Distillation Constant and Vacuum Plant per year 0.8 millon ton in Shtar Science & Technology Group is analyzed,and is optimized according to these questions,and makes fuel(constant residue) become vacuum residue.Based on these technologies,long cycle and steady plant is finished and all losses are decreased to improve the economic and social benefits of industry.
