摘要
决策过程的任务是,选择一组互相联系的决策变量(决策行动、决策函数),在给定的环境条件或初始条件下,使一组互相冲突的要求得到某种意义上的满足。 研究决策方法的目的,是为了发现控制成功的复杂决策过程的一般规律,尤其是涉及开放的复杂巨系统的决策过程的一般规律,以便能够构造处理大规模复杂决策问题的决策支持系统。所谓开放的复杂巨系统,是指这样的系统:1)系统本身与系统周围的环境有物质的、能量的、和信息的交换;2)
The decision process involving the open complex giant system has been investigated, and a model, 2+3 model, presented to attack large-scale, complex decision problem solving. The core of the model is the two basic processes based on the three basic operations. As the complex degree of decision problems increases, the 2+3 model exhibits some fractal feature. The model is an attempt at developing meta-synthetic engineering.
