为了表示两事物相对权重的对比,层次分析法用标度来量化判断语言。标度的合理性是决策正确性的基础。目前应用最广的标度是1-9标度法。见表1。

The scale values of AHP stand for classes of language. The suitability of the scale should be measured by the consistency between the scale and the language. In this paper we put forward the 9 / 9-9 / 1 scale method (scale values: s(k) = 9 / (10-k),k = 1, 2,9) and then it is compared with the 1-9 scale method where s(k) = k,k = 1, 2 ,9. Contradictions between the scale and the language are greatly improved with the new scale. As and example of a relatively poor scale, the 10 / 10-18 / 2 scale method (s(k) = (g + k)/(11- k),k = 1,2,9) is given.
