本文在国内外环境规划研究成果的基础上,结合经济开发区特点,以天津市滨海地区为背景,以经济开发与环境保护协调发展为目标,建立了'经济—环境'协调发展规划模型,并对模型进行了实例仿真运算。

In this paper, the problem about the developing planning for Economy-Environment system of the economic developing area is studied. Taking the harmonious development of economy and environmental protection as the objective, a coordinate model of Economy-Environment planning is set up according to the characteristics of the economic developing area. Tianjin Coastal Area is taken as an example for the study.
