摘要
阐述如何充分利用现有TMIS 资源,实现编组站解体计划的自动化编制,从而提高解体计划编制的质量和速度,达到加速车辆周转、缩短货车中停时的目标。现已成功地在路内多个大型编组站推广使用。
It was expounded how to make use of the TMIS resource currently available for purposes of implementing automatic establishment of the disintegration plan of organization stations, thus improving the quality and speed of disintegration of the plan, accelerating the operation of vehicles and shortening the waiting period of freight trains. The method proposed had been working effectively in many large organization stations of railway administration, and was gained more and more acceptance.
