摘要 纤维连接蛋白(FN)是细胞外基质和体液的主要组成成分之一,具有多种生物活性,其作为一种重要的黏性分子与细胞表面的整合素受体结合,参与细胞的黏附、移行、分化和胞外基质的装配、伤口愈合、胚胎发育、免疫与炎症反应等多种生理和病理过程.在血液方面,FN主要参与血小板的黏附与聚集及血栓的形成.本文仅就此作一综述.
