文章以一个村庄的一次村委会选举为个案 ,考察了村委会选举中新凸现的派系竞争现象 ,分析了当前村委会选举中派系竞争的特点 ,并指出了派系竞争作为嵌入村委会选举的新变量 。

By focusing on one election of villagers’ committee, this paper investigates into the newly emergent factional competition in the election of villagers’ committee, analyzes its characteristics and construes the new challenges as a result of the new variable brought about by the factional competition on the system of election of villagers’ committee and its operation.
