摘要
本文首先简要介绍了冲突分析中的两个重要内容:协商和仲裁,然后对常规仲裁中仲裁人的行为进行了深入探讨。为使仲裁结果接近或达到谈判人的效用边际,构造了两阶段效用规划模型,最后,在应用研究中引入满意函数以替代效用函数,由此得出了两阶段满意规划模型。
Firstly, this paper introduces simply the concept of bargaining and arbitration in conflict analysis. Secondly, the authors discuss deeply arbiter's behavior at conventional arbitration and structure Two-Stage Utility Programming (TSUP) models for arbitrating the both sides conflict so that arbitrating outcome reach negotiator's utility marginal. Finally, after introduce satisfying function, the authors have obtained Two-Stage Satisfying Programming (TSSP) models based on TSUP models and give a necessary and suffient condition under which the feasible region of First Stage Satisfying Programming model isn't empty.
