摘要 本文介绍利用单计算机与C语言开发的在Unix操作系统控制下运行的IP—1并行计算机仿真程序PCS。该程序提供一个多处理机并行程序的仿真执行环境,并在执行过程中能观察某些变量的中间结果。其目的在于辅助并行程序的调试和并行算法的研究。 本文提出了IP—1并行计算机的仿真模型:将多处理机映射到多进程,多路存取存贮器映射到MAM数据数组,纵横开关映射到交换控制函数,并行性映射到并发性及并行运行方式映射到串行运行方式。 This paper describes the Parallel-processing Computers Simulator 'PCS', which is implemented with C in a serial computer. It is designed to simulate execution of parallel computation programs for dthe IP-1 computer system under Unix operating system.The PCS is useful both for examining the intermediate results of variables within each processor and for providing a simulated environment in which execution of multiprocessor parallel programs can be monitored and controlled. Its objective is to assist debugging of parallel programs.The paper proposes a simulation model of IP-1 parallel-processing computers: mapping of processors onto processes, multi-access memory onto MAM data array, cross-bar-like switch onto switching function, parallelism onto concurrency, and parallel running mode onto serial running mode.
