摘要
设计了由丝条循环运动机构、张力机构、摩擦刀、摩擦刀自磨往复运动机构、传感器系统和计算机处理系统组成生丝抱合性能 (耐磨性 )自动检测装置。利用该装置进行了生丝耐磨试验。试验结果表明 :摩擦过程中生丝的直径变化受生丝线密度、摩擦速度、张力及生丝抱合性能 (耐磨性 )的影响 ,当生丝线密度、摩擦速度、张力一定时 ,生丝直径变化值能够充分反映生丝抱合 (耐磨 )性能。
An electronic cohesion tester has been devel oped to inspect the cohesion of raw silk consistently by analyzing the diameter of raw silk during abrasion.The experiments show that the diameter of raw silk i ncreases with abrasion and the diameter increment depends on abrasion speed,yarn tension,linear density and cohesion property of raw silk.Under the test conditi on of constant abrasion speed,yarn tension,for raw silks of the same linear dens ity,diameter increment can be exclusively determined by cohesion,that is to say, the cohesion of raw silk can be evaluated in terms of the diameter increment.
