摘要 设计了一种工作于 0 .8V电源电压下与标准 CMOS工艺兼容的超低压运算放大器 ,对其电路结构和原理进行了分析。该放大器基于衬底驱动技术 ,采用衬底驱动 PMOS差分对作为输入级实现了 74d B的直流开环增益 ,66°的相位裕度 ,940μV的失调电压和 1 1 0~ 798m An ultra low voltage operational amplifier is described which operates from 0.8 V supply and is compatible with standard CMOS technology. The structure and principles are analyzed. The Op-amp utilizes a PMOS bulk-driven differential pair to achieve 0.8 V operation while providing a dc open-loop gain of 74 dB, phase margin of 66° and the input offset voltage of 940 μV with 110^(798 mV) output voltage swing.
