摘要
臭氧应用极为广泛 ,但产生效率偏低及运行成本高等因素制约着它的应用范围。本文简要介绍了介质阻挡放电与臭氧检测方法碘量法 ,详细记录了放电电压、气体流量、放电时间、温度。
The principle and experimental setup for the generation of ozone using a dielectric barrier discharge are described. The effects of peak pulsed voltage, gas flow rate, temperature, dielectric and electrodes gap on zone production yield are discussed. It can be proven from these results that the production yield of ozone is optimized when the peak voltage reaches 8 000 V and gas flow rate is (800 mL/min).
