摘要
针对单端正激式 DC/DC变换器的磁复位问题 ,本文对无需外加辅助电路 ,仅通过开关器件寄生电容与变压器励磁电感实现的谐振式磁复位电路进行了研究。文中详细分析了电路在一个开关周期内的 6种不同开关模态 ,给出了参数设计的计算公式 ,进行了仿真分析和实验研究 。
This paper studies a resonant magnetic reset circuit of single-ended forward DC/DC converter. The circuit is reset by the resonance of parasitic capacitances of switching devices and transformer magnetizing inductance without additional circuit. The six different switching modes of the circuit in one switching period are analyzed. The calculating formulas of parameters design are derived. The simulation analysis and examination study have been carried through. The circuit has been applied in the study of car-carried charging unit of lithium-ion power battery.
