The Joint Video Team(JVT) of ISO/IEC MPEG and ITU-T VCEG have established a new standard for the coding of natural video images. The new standard is known as H.264 and MPEG-4 Part 10.In this paper, we point that GHRD adds significant flexibility to the transmission of the bit stream.
