摘要 H .2 6 4/AVC是ITU制定的一种新的视频压缩编码标准 ,同时也是MPEG - 4的第十部分。本文主要通过对HRD的两种模型的介绍 ,指出H .2 6 The Joint Video Team(JVT) of ISO/IEC MPEG and ITU-T VCEG have established a new standard for the coding of natural video images. The new standard is known as H.264 and MPEG-4 Part 10.In this paper, we point that GHRD adds significant flexibility to the transmission of the bit stream.
