海底混输管道瞬态过程中稳定平衡时间和总持液量变化规律研究 被引量:7

摘要 利用相似准则和灰色关联分析相结合的方法对油气混输环道模拟试验数据进行了分析 ,建立起稳定平衡时间、总持液量与相似准则数之间的函数关系 :在液体流量不变、气体流量增加或减小的过程中 ,稳定平衡时间主要与Ngw、Re、ΔNgw和N1w有关 ;在气体流量不变、液体流量增加或减少的过程中 ,稳定平衡时间主要与Ngw、ΔN1w和N1w有关 ;影响总持液量的主要因素是Ngw、N1w、Re和Eu。以锦州 2 0 2凝析气田为例 ,利用OLGA2 0 0 0软件研究了相同条件下稳定平衡时间和总持液量的变化规律 :瞬态过程中 ,管道沿线各点压力趋于稳定的时间小于整条管道总持液量趋于稳定的时间 ,没有发现各点压力出现过增或过减的现象 ,相反出现了总持液量过增或过减的现象。验证分析结果表明 ,用本文建立的函数关系式进行预测 :稳定平衡时间与OLGA2 0 0 0软件模拟结果吻合较好 ;总持液量比现场清出的液体量大 ,比OLGA2 0 0 0软件模拟结果要小。简要分析了 3种情况下总持液量不同的原因。 The methods which similarity criterion analysis is integrated with gray relation analysis are used to analysis the data from multiphase cycle pipelining simulation for establishing functional relations of stabilized equilibrium times and total liquid inventory with similarity criterion numbers. The results show that the stabilized equilibrium time is mainly affected by N gw, Re, ΔN gw and N lw in the process of gas flow rate increase or decrease with liquid flow rate constant, while the stabilized equilibrium time is mainly affected by N gw,ΔN lw and N lw during the process of liquid flow rate increase or decrease with gas flow rate constant. Simultaneously total liquid inventory is mainly affected by N gw, N lw, Re and Eu. Exampled by JZ20?2 condensate gas field, OLGA2000 software is used to simulate variation rule of stabilized equilibrium times and total liquid inventory at the same condition and the simulation results show that, in the transient process, the time of pressure being stabilized is less than that of total liquid inventory being stabilized along the pipeline and pressure overshoot or undershoot are not observed, but the overshoot or undershoot of total liquid inventory is appeared. The results of check analysis show that stabilized equilibrium time are basically consistent with the results of OLGA2000, but the results of total liquid inventory are less than those of OLGA2000 while bigger than those of field tests. Finally, the reasons of total liquid inventory variation on three conditions are analyzed briefly.
