摘要
本文对清华大学经济管理学院IMBA的授课教师和部分学生进行了调研,利用获得的访谈问卷资料,将清华大学经济管理学院IMBA课程作为切入点,以课程内容为主要层面、教学方式和教学语言为辅助层面,对MBA课程的国际化与本土化现状及存在的问题进行分析研究。
The internationalization and localization of MBA curriculum is a problem,which needs to be researched thoroughly. On the basis of investigation into some IMBA teachers and students of School of Economics & Management Tsinghua University, this article makes a study on present situation and problem of the internationalization and localization of MBA curriculum from such three aspects as curriculum content, teaching mode and teaching language.
